I know, I know. I’ve been doing a horrible job of keeping this blog updated. Good thing no one actually comes here anymore. For the 3 to 5 people who choose to hang around, I’m sure you aren’t shocked. (Also, thank you.)

Since the last time I posted here, I’ve been back to ABC8 a couple times to offer a few tips for parents and caregivers. My October visit was to share tips about helping children with social anxiety. During my December visit, I offered a few tips for keeping kids engaged during the Winter break.
Most recently, I shared a few thoughts with Real Simple about getting children and adolescents involved in volunteering and community service to help them develop key social-emotional skills and a sense of community responsibility.
I have a few more updates, but it’s past my bedtime (and no one is reading this anyway), so I guess I’ll share those later…
